Policies & Procedures

In order to provide you with exceptional customer service and align my services with your personal goals, all clients are required to complete a Confidential Skin Questionnaire before their first facial treatment.  This is also a great place to start if you don't know which service to book.  Please complete and I will be in touch soon to discuss your goals.

Policies

It is my professional goal to provide you with excellent customer service, part of that includes starting and finishing your appointments promptly so I can respect your time and schedule.  With this, it is important that you show respect to not only me, but other clients as well.  Please refer to the following scheduling policies and if you have any questions at all, feel free to contact me directly.  I greatly appreciate your understanding!

48 hr

I require 48 hours (from the time of your appointment) notice for cancellations or reschedules.  This is greatly appreciated in regards to respecting everyone's time and allows another client the opportunity for notice to fill that spot.  Please text 816-875-6414 to confirm cancellations.  In the event that it is within the 48 hour period, or a no show, you will incur a $50 rebooking fee.

Late Arrivals

Late Arrivals/No Show for facials: You have a 15 minute grace period for facial services.    However, after that grace period you will be marked as a no show and incur the $50 rebooking fee to reschedule your apt.   I will do my best to accommodate all elements of your facial but your appointment will end as regularly scheduled as to not affect the next client.

Late Arrivals/No Shows Brows & LED Glow Sessions:  Brow waxes and LED Glow sessions are schedule for 15 minute appointment times.  If you are late to your appointment I cannot guarantee I will be able to complete the service and you will incur a $20 cancellation fee and need to reschedule.  If you do not show for your scheduled appointment you will incur $25 rebooking fee before being able to reschedule.

Your Satisfaction

 If you are not satisfied with your service or products, please contact your skin care professional within 24 hours from your appointment so that the situation may be corrected.  It is my policy to provide you with the best professional service and products customized for your skin condition.

Product Returns

All sales are final on products.  However, if you wish to return an unopened product within 30 days of purchase, the amount paid will be credited to exchange for another product or towards your next service.
