I'm so glad you are here!  Though I have an extensive background in the healthcare industry as a Recreation Therapist I soon found myself seeking more education and transitioned to find my new calling as a Certified Health Coach.  I naturally gravitated to working exclusively with women and helping them pursue their dreams and experience a health transformation.  It was only natural that I felt there was still a missing piece- the exterior beauty.  We all deserve the icing on the cake so to speak and with that I wanted to expand and offer a touch of transformation that would enhance your natural beauty!
